The security benefits of UL634 Level 2 HSS contacts cannot be understated. However, they must be installed on the surface of the door and frame, and in many applications, are not aesthetically appealing. The Magnasphere HSS, L2C series offers UL634 Level 2 security in a one inch diameter package that installs in a completely concealed location in the top portion of the door and frame – AND incorporates a patent pending REMOVAL TAMPER CIRCUIT. In addition to the 1” diameter version, the L2C can be ordered with mounting brackets that allow it to be used in ANSI cutout doors and frames.

There is absolutely no other device on the market that offers this level of protection in a concealed device, making it the perfect sensor for new construction or retrofit upgrade of standard or Level 1 concealed contacts.
